Service Description

This course invites women to explore the menstrual cycle not only through biology, but as a powerful inner map of wisdom and self-discovery. Participants will become familiar with the biological stages of the cycle while also journeying beyond science, uncovering the mysteries hidden beneath the veil of the inner rhythms. Through awareness of the cyclical nature within, women learn how each phase carries unique qualities, energies, and messages. By recognizing and honoring their cycle, women can reclaim their power, deepen self-trust, and reconnect with their authentic path, gifts, and purpose in life. Menstrual cycle awareness becomes a tool for clarity, creativity, and conscious living. Without understanding the cycle we are immersed in, we often feel disconnected and lost; through this awareness, women are guided back to themselves.
