Service Description
I offer private one-to-one sessions focused on gently reactivating the core and restoring natural alignment. Through mindful movement and breathwork, this practice helps relieve back, neck, and leg discomfort while improving mobility, elasticity, and overall body balance. The sessions are inspired by traditional Slavic women’s gymnastics, a movement system rooted in ancestral wisdom and practiced exclusively by women. A structured set of 27 exercises supports regulation on physical, hormonal, and emotional levels. Breathwork is integrated with refined pelvic floor awareness, encouraging intelligent activation and release rather than force. This approach supports nervous system balance, pelvic health, and a deep sense of grounded strength.
